of adults and children accompanying you during
your stay and your vehicle information. Certain
information such as your name, address and telephone
number, credit card or other payment information,
room type, arrival and departure dates and number
of guests accompanying you are required in order
for us to process your reservation. You may also
at your option, provide us with other information
such as any special requests or preferences you
may have to make your stay more enjoyable. Any
information that is generated during your stay

in the Viscount’s Royalty Points Program. The
information will not be shared with other parties
or sold and/ or distributed other than the data
base for the Viscount Gort Hotel’s Royalty Points
Program and the data base maintained by Merchant
Card Acceptance.
